Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solar LED Strip! We are committed to delivering your "Solar LED Strip Light" products efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days after processing. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 10-25 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solar LED Strip is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be sent via USPS and may experience slightly longer delivery times.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarledstrip.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 3 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or are otherwise deemed restricted by our shipping partners. If your country is on such a list, you will be notified during the checkout process or your order may be canceled and refunded.
